The shipping confirmation email for your Chicos Off the Rack online order provides you with a tracking link that will direct you to the carrier site where you can view the location of your package. How do I return my order?

If you prefer to return or to exchange your purchase in one of our stores, our sales associates will be happy to help you with your return or exchange at any of our U.S. Chico's Outlet or Chico's Off The Rack stores.
